As a Lumina Staff member, you are the face of our software. You will be responsible for:

  • Technical Support: Helping users configure the dashboard, set up the bot, and troubleshoot permissions.
  • Bug Hunting: Identifying, replicating, and reporting glitches to our development team.
  • Community Management: Keeping our Discord professional, helpful, and welcoming.

  • Professionalism First: You must be able to remain calm and polite, even when a user is frustrated.
  • Technical Literacy: You should understand Discord Permissions, Roles, and basic troubleshooting.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent written English is required.
  • Age: 18+ (Preferred).
